🚨Please take the time to carefully read our policies before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final once your purchase is complete. We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your transaction.

Refunds:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order has been completed. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via social media or email at [email protected], and we will investigate the issue thoroughly.

Order Processing & Dispatch:
Orders are processed on the next working day after your purchase. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your delivery’s progress directly.

Delivery service:
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24 Tracked service and typically arrive 1–2 working days after dispatch. However, please be aware that delivery times can vary due to courier delays, which are outside of our control.

Lost Deliveries or Delivery Issues:
If you think your order may be lost, please reach out to us via social media or email ([email protected]). If your tracking hasn’t updated after 10 working days, we’ll gladly send out a replacement.
